Terms & Conditions – Armeni Sports

Effective date: 21/08/2026

By booking a sports coaching session, camp or programme with Armeni Sports, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings & Payment

  • Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment has been received. Bookings are personal to the participant and cannot be transferred without our agreement.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Payments are non-refundable once a booking has been made, except where we are legally required to provide a refund.
  • If a participant is unable to attend a session, course or programme, no refund or replacement session will normally be provided.
  • This includes non-attendance, late arrival, illness, holidays, changes in personal circumstances or forgetting the booking.
  • Where we cancel a session and cannot provide a suitable alternative, we will provide an appropriate refund or alternative arrangement.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

3. Non-Attendance & Late Arrival

  • If a participant does not attend a booked session without notifying us, the session will normally be forfeited and no refund or replacement will be provided.
  • Late arrivals will normally finish at the original scheduled end time.

4. Safety & Participation

  • Participants must follow reasonable instructions from our coaches and comply with venue and safety rules.
  • Parents/guardians must tell us about any medical condition, injury, allergy, disability or additional need that could affect safe participation.
  • We may stop or restrict participation where we reasonably believe there is a safety concern.

5. Behaviour

  • We expect participants, parents and spectators to treat coaches, staff and other participants respectfully.
  • We do not tolerate bullying, harassment, discrimination, threatening or abusive behaviour, violence, intimidation or behaviour that creates a safety risk.
  • Serious or repeated misconduct may result in a participant being asked to leave or being refused future participation. We will act reasonably in such circumstances.

6. Children & Safeguarding

  • The welfare and safety of children and young people is a priority.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate emergency and relevant medical information and following our drop-off and collection arrangements.
  • Any safeguarding concern should be reported to Corey Armeni.

7. Changes or Cancellation by Us

  • We may need to change or cancel a session due to circumstances such as severe weather, venue closure, coach illness or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
  • Where we cancel a session and cannot provide a suitable alternative, an appropriate refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.

8. Liability

  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
  • Participants are responsible for following safety instructions and behaving appropriately during sessions.

9. Consumer Rights

  • We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or restrict your statutory consumer rights.

11. Governing Law
